I scored a 25,

It's a sign from God I tell you. My dad decided to replace the flourescent lighting in our kitchen. I am now in possession of two flourescent lights, each about the length of a lightsaber. We havn't replaced these lights in a good 6 or 7 years. It's like God wants me to use these lights. They just happen to need replacing mere weeks after Star Wars III comes out? I'm still deciding what to do with them, I currently have them stashed in a secure place, far away from petrol ... for now. Who knows, God's ok, or Devil's invitation? Either way, I can't imagine letting these two ... interesting pieces go to waste. ---Edit---
Da**! They contain mercury, I'm going to have to be a tad more careful.
O, I can't wait til college. Any college really, just so I move out of my house. I'm debating on whether or not I should give my parents my address and phone number when I move away. I'm thinking no currently, and I've been thinking that for a long time. I really don't know, I probably will end up giving them the information anyways but there will be rules set down. Besides, I can always get my phone number changed.
And so it begins: http://www.newscientist.com/channel/mech-tech/mg18625007.200
I also had some dirty dancing going on, with Akshar, and Andrew. Of course the one with Andrew was with "I Like Big Butts" and we realized a little too late that we were in front of the band parents. I looked up and they were all staring at us and that's about when Andrew noticed it too... I'm a whore. I had no idea what was going on the whole time, but apparently I'm not too bad a dancer.
The place was really fancy, I was sitting at the piano in the lobby and one of the guys who was catering instead of saying "Get away from the piano!", he asked if I could play and invited me to. I need to go to fancy places more often, I got treated nicely. The food was also awesome, and I got an award for "Music, Above and Beyond" which was also recieved by Mr. Oliver of course. Hmmm, I think I like dancing, but I need to work on my slow dance, though dipping Amanda C. twice was fun, though it almost broke my leg, lol. I also got to dance with Amanda M. for a little bit, lol, who is not a bad dancer at all either,
. My first slow dnace though was with Leana, who I thought was a Senior. Juan cut in about 3/4 of the way thhrough, which was much appreciated, since like I said, I can't slow dance, lol. I cant wait for all this stuff again in my Senior year, I think band banquet will be really fun, but really sad, this year was more directed at the Seniors, which is how it should be. I havn't really danced like last night since, oh about 2nd or 3rd grade. Awesomeness. Worth the 22$ and upon recollection, I am still glad I didn't invite my parents. Robert invited his, and I'd say they were pretty proud of Robert's being a cheerleader, lmao. Feeling philosophical (I think I botched that spelling), please include why if you do reply and if you don't, I know I'm bored and a dork, so I won't hold it against you.
----Add-on----
Dear God! I like started crying when I followed mvmnt. 3 of our show with my music. I am not worthy enough to wipe the dirt off of Mr. Key Paulan's shoes. He made an incredible Marimba part. I'm playing almost every run we have in the show, and he made splits! Marimba splits! We need a second Marimba, grrr, cause we need those splits. Once I get playing that, o man. And if I can do it with six mallets, the local judges we have will like crap themselves (To take a line from the book of Oliver).
1. Disney in 5 days
2. Pit practice starts in 14 days
3. School lets out
4. Star Wars Episode 3
5. Harry Potter 6
6. Things I have forgotten currently, or are going to come later
And seven would be either band camp or my family reunion. This is my last year of band camp so I really don't want to miss it, but I also love my family reunions. My family has again scheduled the reunion for the last week of July, which is about the same as band camp time (that's the third fu***** time!). I think I'm gonna go to band camp, cause I hate missing out on all the fun stuff I get to sadly hear of on my return. Plus if I get section leader again (Laura is coming back as Robert says) then I can't just desert my pit with this kind of show during one of the most important weeks of practice. I do hope I get section leader. I'm working on a six mallet grip. I have one down that can play some nice chordes and has a great firmness through all the mallets though I'm gonna look up some six mallet technique today and work to perfect that grip. Ha! I laugh in the face of four mallets! and again! Haha!
